Information

Apollonas is a charming coastal village located in the northeastern part of Naxos. Visitors to Apollonas will be enchanted by the picturesque pier with local fishing boats, white buildings, and cafes and restaurants that come alive during the summer. The small, sandy beach located within the settlement is a great spot for swimming, but can get windy and wavy when the winds are blowing from the north.

One of the main attractions of Apollonas is the archaeological monument of the "Kouros" statue, located at the top of the village. Access to Apollonas is possible via several ways, including a bus connection with Chora and the mountain villages, or by car via either the North Coast route or the mountain road from Apiranthos.
